DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS the track at Lakewood High is not available to us as the school is not in session. We continue our Tuesday Night runs in Marine Stadium, Long Beach. Use East Third Street and Appian way as your GPS location. Parking is available in the park or inside the stadium. Workouts start at 6:30

Sunday Mornings in El Dorado Park
Progressive Weekly Training around El Dorado Park
Sundays, 8:00 a.m., in front of the tennis courts at El Dorado Park. Parking is free in the lot for the tennis courts. We start with a ½ mile warm up, then a 1 mile warm up and then a varying route of 2 miles, or 3 miles the following week, or 4 miles next, then 5 miles and lastly 10k and then back to 2 miles
