Location Info

Team Runners High is based in Long Beach, California. Our primary workouts take place on the track at Lakewood High School on Tuesday Nights from January through June and from September through December.

We also host Sunday morning trail runs in the Bolsa Chica Wetlands in Huntington Beach and a separate run through El Dorado Park in Long Beach.

On Thursday Nights we run the campus of Cal State Long Beach or at Signal Hill.
